Most apps only send money one way: out of the UK. With TuuMany you can exchange between your wallets in either direction, so shillings, birr or dollars can come back into pounds just as easily as they went out. You'll see the rate and any fee before you confirm.
At launch you can exchange between any two of GBP, KES, USD, ETB and UGX.
Get local account details in your own name in the UK, Kenya and Uganda, plus a mobile money number in Kenya and Uganda. People pay you directly, like any local account, and payments show who they're from and who they're for.

TuuMany is not a bank and is not available yet. When it launches, regulated services will be provided by our partners: in the UK, electronic money issued by [TO CONFIRM partner EMI], which is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority; the TuuMany debit card issued by [TO CONFIRM card issuer] under licence from [TO CONFIRM scheme]; and in Kenya, Somalia, Ethiopia and Uganda, local accounts provided by licensed partner banks [TO CONFIRM partner names and licences]. E-money is safeguarded, meaning it is kept separate from the company's own money, but it is not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). Features, currencies, fees, exchange rates and launch dates are not final and will be confirmed before launch. You will need to pass identity checks to open an account. Joining the waitlist does not open an account or guarantee one.

We use your details to email you about TuuMany's launch and early access, and to understand which currencies people want. Our lawful basis is your consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).
